There is a reason why so many people support animal rights and welfare groups. Mostly they are very good people. The hardcore groups want to ban milk and veal, and a list of other things. God bless them, it will never happen. They can dream of a perfect world, it doesn't frighten or offend me. To be honest, if milk was banned, I wouldn't miss it that much. I'd like to see what would happen if animal lib groups got everything they wanted. My guess is that America would not come to an end, and hunters would still find reasons to trap animals. In a lot of ways, AR has cleaned up the world. They have certainly forced a variety of industries to clean up their act. You can't leave people to their own devices, whether it be environmental standards or animal welfare. For every accusation spread about animal rights, you can be certain the same or worse can be said on the flip side, about the fur industry.
